Inhale the good vibes, exhale the bad

A daily meditation practice can help you appreciate life, release negative feelings, improve your spiritual connection and give you a few moments of peace and quiet. And who doesn’t need that now-a-days? There are a variety of meditation techniques, but we suggest these if you’re just starting out. 

Learn meditation in 4 simple steps:                                                  

1. Sit comfortably in a cross-legged position 
2. Close your eyes and begin to breathe deeply
3. As you inhale, imagine filling up your abdomen with air
4. Focus on one thing or a mantra that can invoke a calming effect within you                                                          

Our tip: Start by doing this for five minutes per day, slowly working up to 20 minutes.
